This week on the Talk Without Rhythm Podcast, I'm celebrating 700 episodes of TWoRP by returning to start. The Cancer Man returns, and together we're going back to 2010 - the year we began the show. We take a look at the film that won the Academy Award for Best Picture - The King's Speech - and pair it up with the highest-grossing film of the year - Toy Story 3.
Art vs Commerce. Prestige vs Populism. Children's Entertainment vs Colin Firth awkwardly saying "Fuck."
Should be a good time.

This week on the Talk Without Rhythm Podcast we have the last episode of the "classic" era of the BBC's A Ghost Story for Christmas - 1978's The Ice House. Pairing with it we have a 1979 episode of ITV's Playhouse series, Casting the Runes. It wasn't released on Christmas, but it was directed by Lawrence Gordon Clark and it was based off an M. R. James story. Close enough for me.
